Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within fourteen (14) days from the original date, by the original client, when accompanied with the sales slip and credit card, if applicable.  Store credit is permitted within thirty (30) days of purchase.  The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklet intact. 

Sales items, special orders, completed layaways modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Layaways must be picked up by the due date assigned six months from the first payment.  Merchandise must be paid in full by this date.  All payments are non-refundable; including any payments made on custom designs, and will become in-store credit only.  This credit must be used within six months of the layaway cancellation. 

Thollot Jewelers retains ownership of all proprietary rights and designs on unpaid custom work.  Store merchandise not paid off within the given time frame will be returned to inventory.
