Co-owner, co-founder and President of Thollot Jewelers, Troy started in the jewelry business in 1987. He is a GIA trained Graduate Gemologist and Master Jeweler. Troy is a naturally talented artist who designs and creates custom designs as well as handling sales and administrative work. He and his wife, Joy, have 3 beautiful children and on the day Joy comes in to work at the store, Troy stays at home to home-school their children. |

Co-owner and co-founder of Thollot Jewelers, Joy has been in the jewelry business since 1985. Joy is a GIA trained Master Jeweler and Graduate Gemologist who also does repairs, sales, and appraisals. With all her accreditation, she actually got into the jewelry business by accident. When a friend who was supposed to start work at a jewelry store took ill, Joy was asked to go instead. Joy stepped in and took job and the rest is history. 10 years ago, Joy and Troy had their first child and Joy became a stay-at-home mom and who’s just now coming back to work one day a week to help with the business. The rest of her week is spent home-schooling her children. |

Lisa Lavery - Lisa is currently the office manager at Thollot Jewelers and has been with the business for nearly five years. Previously a Bench Jeweler, she now assists customers, slogs through paperwork, and helps with custom designs. Her love of drawing since childhood and enjoyment in the design aspect of jewelry make her the go-to person for custom design drawings. Lisa is a student of GIA and has her AJP Diploma and her Diamond Grading Diploma. Presently, she is studying to become a Graduate Gemologist. |

Glenn Thollot – Glenn has been with the business for three years, or since his younger brother Troy finally convinced him to move out to Colorado. As Thollot’s resident Bench Jeweler, Glenn works his magic behind the scenes bringing to life the designs that customers create. He’s always enjoyed working with his hands and has experience in woodworking and other artistic mediums. However, Glenn was lured by the opportunity to change scenery and the challenge of a new medium, both of which he’s found at Thollot Jewelers. |

Anna Roehr – Anna has been with Thollot Jewelers since 2004. She is a Junior in High School and can be found doing various office work or assisting on the sale floor. |
| BreeAnn Bridge – BreeAnn is the newest addition to Thollot Jewelers, clocking in at just about a month. She is an Apprentice Jeweler, busy learning how to be a full Jeweler. At any given time, she can be found fixing, sizing, cleaning and polishing jewelry to meet customer wishes. BreeAnn aims to learn the full spectrum of the jewelry business and has plans to continue her schooling and become a Jeweler and a Gemologist. Recently, she left her job at a local restaurant hoping to pursue this dream she had since 8th grade. As she job hunted at the nearby strip mall, the ‘help wanted’ sign in the Thollot Jeweler’s window caught her eye and BreeAnn didn’t hesitate in making her dream a reality. |

Bob George – Bob is Thollot’s in-house courier. He’s been with the store for years and helps out where ever his courier services are needed.

Dam Ngugen – Dam is our newest master jeweler. He’s an expert technician who’s here part time to lend his skills to our more demanding projects. |
